Goals are your top few priorities for this week. Don’t list every minor task or plans for later weeks here. Just stick to this week’s main objectives.
When you write your plans or progress, make it easy and helpful for your team to understand. Be open and informative about what you plan to achieve this week. Imagine you are explaining it to them in a meeting. Write it in that way.
