Accomplishments Section
List key accomplishments since the last status update.
If you entered goals during the prior status update, then this will be filled in with those goals and the user will enter status information and additional details about each of the goals.

What Information is Collected?
- Name - The name of the task (filled in based on the goal in the prior week).
- Status - The completion status for the item.
- Status details (optional) - Additional details about the status (e.g. why it was not completed).
