Min Items

Specifies the minimum number of items that should be entered during a status update.

From the section settings dialog you are able to specify the value for Min Items.

Min Items

The completion indicator will verify that the specified minimum number of items have been entered.

Default Items - Specifies default number of items to create within the section during a new status update.
Max Items - Specifies the maximum number of items that can be entered during a status update.
